Independent Expert Witness Structural Reports

At Vanguard Engineers, when a structural dispute or insurance claim needs an independent, defensible assessment, our IEng MICE engineers provide expert witness reports based on clear evidence and sound engineering judgement, for use in disputes, claims and legal proceedings across Essex, East London and nationwide.

Impartial structural evidence for court and insurers

When disputes turn on structural condition, causation, or workmanship, a CPR Part 35 expert witness report provides independent engineering evidence. We inspect on site, document defects, analyse likely cause, and present findings factually for solicitors, insurers, and the court.

Reports include a statement of truth and declaration of independence. Follow-up with solicitors or insurers, and attendance at meetings of experts, can be arranged where needed.
